#42 - Distilled from our pale malt bill & aged in two ex-Loch Whisky casks that previously aged our first release of roasted Coffee Beans. This is the forty-second bottling of our Whisky. Bottled at optimum drinking strength, pairs perfectly with a pint of Best Bitter, County Ale or Dark Ale - Enjoy!
Each release is unique - We distil our core drinking beer malt profiles into three distinct malt spirits. Each malt spirit is then aged in different cask finishes, which ensures each batch of Loch Single Malt Whisky will be individual from the next.
Each of our core ale malt profile whiskies pair perfectly with their matching ales. We believe this maybe the first time anywhere in the world that three distinctly different single malts have been made from the distinctly different ales from products made at the same premises!

Technically, the Martini we all know and love today didn't truly exist until as late as the 1940s. Examples of various Martini concoctions span almost a century of bartending publications. These recipes swung from sweet to dry, but were always stirred, and always made with gin - [not] sorry 007... Our take on the classic "dry" Martini uses the Weaver - a London dry style gin made using Australian natives. We pair it with a dry French vermouth that is subtly spiked with wormwood. The result is this - a splendidly savoury and dry Martini that is as sophisticated as it is straightforward.
Enjoy!
700ml | 33.6% alc/vol
First appearing in print as early as 1884, the origins of the Martinez's inception are up for debate. Some speculate legendary bartender Jerry Thomas (The Bar-Tender's Guide, 1887) invented it for a customer travelling to Martinez, however the Californian port city insists that a local bartender whipped it up first. Our take on this classic Manhattan / Martini hybrid, pairs our G&T gin with generous lashings of both sweet red and dry white vermouths, a touch of maraschino and a good dash of bitters to round off the mix. The result is this - a fresh and vibrant Martinez laced with soft juniper, dry cherry, and bright citrus.
Enjoy!

Named during the aeronautical affluency of the early 20th century, this glamourous sky-blue beauty has frequented cocktail lists since its first publication in Hugo Ensslin's 'Recipes for Mixed Drinks' in 1916. Our take on this classic, combines our citrus laced G&T Gin with heavy lashings of Crème de Violette & Maraschino Liqueur. The result is this - a clear and luxurious sapphire blue Aviation to match the glitz and glamour of pre-prohibition New York.
Enjoy!

Made to a recipe formulated in the 1820s, this Melbourne made tonic syrup is infused with cinchona bark – the natural source of quinine. This is the defining ingredient of tonic water. Using the bark imparts a uniquely bitter flavour and distinctive colour to the syrup.
Tonic syrup was originally concocted by officers serving in British India to ease fever and ward off malaria. Mixed with soda and gin, this highball cocktail became an icon of the colonial Empire.
For a fabulous take on the classic gin and tonic, dilute sin-ko-nah tonic syrup with sparkling water, add a shot or two of gin, plenty of ice and a slice of lime.

An excellent choice for top-shelf martinis.
